Our digital election will be administered by a third-party company called SimplyVoting. This ensures a safe, fair election.
Emails will come from SimplyVoting, not SEIU 925, and will be sent to the personal email address on file for you; if there is none, it will be sent to your work email address. Please check both your work and personal inboxes, as well as the spam folders for both. The most common trouble members have is that the email goes to a spam or junk folder.
The email with a link to your online ballot will contain login information for your ratification ballot. You can either click to go straight to your ballot, or you can go the URL and manually enter your Elector ID and password. Both methods are secure.
This login information is for you only; do not forward to anyone! Otherwise they can vote as you.
Once you log in, you’ll be able to read the contract highlights or peruse the full tentative agreement before voting. You can always leave the page and come back to vote.
Once you vote and click “Continue” to submit your ballot, you will get a confirmation page of how you voted and a message saying your vote has been recorded
