Oct 11, 2022 – Today, UW Libraries and Press staff, who recently formed a union, voted by 97.1% to go on strike. Contract negotiations with the University of Washington have been in process for over a year, with no movement on the University’s part.
UW Libraries employees are now deliberating on the details of a strike.
